2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from STAR LINE. If you are not completely happy, please read the guidelines below.

2.1 Return Period
 • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
 • After notifying us, you should send the item back within a reasonable time (usually within 14 days of approval).

2.2 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
 • The item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and in original condition.
 • The item must be returned with:
 • Original packaging
 • All accessories, manuals, and labels or tags

If items are returned in a used, damaged or incomplete condition (unless they arrived that way), we may reduce your refund or decline the return.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
 • Used kitchen items that come into direct contact with food (e.g. opened rolls, used dispensers containing food residue)
 • Personal care or intimate products once opened
 • Gift cards or digital items
 • Items clearly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page

Electrical or electronic items may only be returned if unused or if there is a confirmed fault covered under warranty.

2.4 How to Start a Return
 1. Email us at starline.leic@gmail.com with:
 • Your order number
 • The item(s) you want to return
 • The reason for return
 2. We will respond with confirmation and return instructions if your item is eligible.
 3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address we provide, using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs:
 • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
 • If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us first – in many cases we may provide a solution without you needing to return the item, or we may cover/partially cover return shipping.

2.5 Refunds
 • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
 • If approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
 • Original shipping charges are usually non-refundable, except where:
 • We sent the wrong item, or
 • The item was faulty or damaged, and no suitable replacement is available.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

2.6 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product (for example, for a different colour or variant):
 • The fastest method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item you want.
 • In some cases, and if stock is available, we may be able to process a direct exchange. Please email starline.leic@gmail.com and we will advise you of the options.

2.7 Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:
 1. Contact us at ahnoori60@gmail.com within 48–72 hours of receiving your order.
 2. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Once we review the evidence, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:
 • A replacement of the same product (if in stock)
 • An alternative product of similar value
 • A partial refund or full refund
 • Store credit

In the case of a confirmed fault or error on our side, we will usually bear reasonable costs for returning the item or provide another suitable solution.

3. Warranty (Summary)

Some products sold by STAR LINE (especially electrical or mechanical items) may come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Details such as warranty length and coverage may be listed on the product page.
 • The warranty typically covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
 • The warranty does not cover:
 • Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or incorrect installation
 • Normal wear and tear
 • Attempted repairs by unauthorised persons
