Shipping & Handling

1.1 Where We Ship

We currently ship to:
 • United Kingdom
 • Selected international destinations (where available at checkout)

If your country is not shown at checkout, we may not currently ship there.


1.2 Order Processing Time
 • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
 • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
 • During busy periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


1.3 Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Estimated delivery times:
 • United Kingdom: approx. 2–5 business days
 • International: approx. 7–14 business days, depending on your country and local postal services

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


1.4 Shipping Costs
 • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
 • Any available shipping options (standard, express, etc.) and prices will be shown before you confirm your order.


1.5 Order Tracking
 • Where tracking is available, we will send you a tracking number and link by email after your order has been dispatched.
 • For some lower-cost shipping options, tracking may be limited or not available; we will indicate this at checkout.


1.6 Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
 • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
 • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can:
 • Re-send the parcel (additional shipping fees may apply), or
 • Refund the order minus the original shipping costs (where applicable).

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


1.7 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
 • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees imposed by your local customs office.
 • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
 • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
